Carbience

Three routes to commercialize low-energy CCU

License the LEP™ process for bulk carbonate production, co-develop around your feedstock and site, or source CO₂-derived NIPU and flame-retardant polyol materials. A mutual NDA is available before any technical discussion.
BULK CARBONATES — EC · PC

License or co-develop the LEP™ process

For chemical producers, CO₂ capture companies, and CO₂ emitters that want carbonate production at their own sites: bring LEP™'s process window of below 110 °C and 7 bar to your feedstock, backed by 2026 demonstration data.
A
Technology licensing
Access Carbience's carbonate conversion technology for industrial-scale EC/PC production — license-out program from 2026
B
Joint development
Adapt CO₂-derived carbonate production to your facility, feedstock, and target application — from process fit to product validation.
NIPU MONOMERS · FR POLYOLS — SUPPLY FROM 2026

Source CO₂-derived materials for your formulation

For coatings, adhesives, resins, and polyurethane makers: evaluation samples and TDS for BA-DCC / PEG-DCC NIPU monomers (MW 2,000–4,000) and flame-retardant polyols — with application co-development where your specifications require it.
A
Product supply
Source NIPU monomers and flame-retardant polyol materials directly from Carbience for product development or commercial use — sample → spec validation → volume supply.
B
Application co-development
Tune monomer and polyol chemistry to your formulation, cure system, and performance target.

Partnership questions, answered upfront

How can companies partner with Carbience? +
Through technology licensing, joint development, or product supply — and we are open to other structures. Start with an inquiry describing your feedstock or application; we reply within 2 business days.
Is an NDA available before technical discussions? +
Yes. A mutual NDA is standard before we share process data, patent scope, or product specifications.
What feedstocks and sites fit the LEP™ process? +
LEP™ takes captured CO₂ plus epoxides (ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, and related). Sites with existing capture equipment can adopt LEP™ directly; sites without it can evaluate the RCC pathway as it matures.
When can we buy materials, and at what scale? +
BA-DCC commercialization begins in 2026 via outsourced production; evaluation samples are available ahead of that. Pilot capacity of 8,000 t/yr is planned for 2027.
